Simak Daftar Lengkap Nominasi Grammy Awards 2021

South Jakarta – Penghargaan musik bergengsi dunia, Grammy Awards akan kembali digelar tahun depan. Grammy Awards di tahun 2021 akan memasuki usia yang ke-63 dan akan berlangsung pada hari Minggu, 31 Januari 2021 dan ditayangkan  melalui stasiun televisi CBS. Sebanyak 83 kategori telah diumumkan untuk memperebutkan piala dalam ajang Grammy kali ini. Penyanyi dan rapper Megan Thee Stallion membacakan daftar nominasi Grammy Awards 2021 pada 24 November 2020.

Penyanyi dan aktris Beyoncé memimpin di Grammy tahun 2021 dengan mendapat sembilan nominasi disusul Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa dan Roddy Rich mengikuti Queen Bey dengan masing-masing enam nominasi. Acara puncak pengumuman pemenang akan dibawakan oleh komedian Trevor Noah. Dalam keterangannya, Trevor mengungkapkan,

“Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa saya sangat kecewa karena Grammy menolak saya menyanyi atau dinominasikan untuk album pop terbaik, saya sangat senang menjadi pembawa acara yang menguntungkan ini,” kata Noah dalam sebuah pernyataan. “Saya pikir sebagai nominator Grammy satu kali, saya orang terbaik untuk memberikan dukungan kepada semua artis luar biasa yang tidak menang pada malam itu karena saya juga tahu sakitnya tidak memenangkan penghargaan! (Ini adalah metafora bahu, saya tidak mencoba untuk menangkap Corona). Sampai jumpa di GRAMMY ke-63! “

Sementara Harvey Mason selaku  jr., Ketua & Presiden / CEO Sementara dari Recording Academy mengungkapkan, “Dengan bakat untuk membuat pemirsa tetap terlibat dan terhibur, Trevor adalah pilihan sempurna untuk menuntun kita melalui malam yang pasti akan menjadi malam yang luar biasa penuh dengan musik, momen tak terlupakan, persatuan, dan inspirasi.”
